We collect your email address when you create an account. During practice sessions, we process the audio transcript of your conversation with the AI patient. We store your session grades and feedback so you can review your progress.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the OSCEPrep service — to run your practice sessions, generate feedback, and show your progress over time. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate OSCEPrep:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vapi.ai — AI voice conversations
• Anthropic — AI grading and feedback
• Stripe — payment processing

Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

4. Data retention

Your account and session data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
